Ashley Tisdale caught our attention in this one-shoulder minidress at the Got Milk? event in Los Angeles.  The electric blue dress was a good color, and fit on the actress.  It worked beautifully with the coral belt, and a killer pair of nude, platform heels.  The shoes, probably deserved their own post, with their peep-toe and Maryjane-like ankle straps.
