Emma Watson was recently named the new face of Lancome.  The actress is already hard at work on her ad campaign for the beauty giant.  Here she is seen prepping for her close-up.   She is wearing a structured blazer in a pale pink over a white button-up shirt and a pair of lace shorts.  Emma accessorized with a nude pair of platform pumps with ankle straps, a black belt and a loosely knotted tie.  Her short hair-cut perfectly complemented this look; her boyish cut against a pink jacket and lace shorts was a good mix of the masculine and feminine.

Kate Moss stars in the new Dior Addict lipstick commercial.  The 90-second spot depicts a glamorous lifestyle, much like the supermodel’s own.  She’s surrounded by wealth, luxury and paparazzi.  You will also get another look at Dior’s Spring 2011 collection as Moss takes in the runway show from the front row.  This backdrop is to convey the richness and opulence of this lip color.

Here is the  first of Blake Lively’s ads for Chanel.  This is merely a preview of others to come for her Mademoiselle handbag.  Karl Lagerfeld really captured a different side of the Gossip Girl actress; he was behind the lense.  The red leather and gold chains on the bag are a perfect contrast against her black feathered top.  The mirror provided various levels of both Blake and the red hot accessory, it was like a visual echo.

Anna Sui’s Spring 2011 ad campaign takes place in a field of dreams, as was the backdrop during her spring show.  Models Kristina Romanova and Hanne Gaby Odiele lie awake somewhere under the rainbow awaiting their close-up.  No doubt they are dreaming of the great prints and denim looks from that collection.  The campaign was shot by fashion photographer Joshua Jordan. 

Kelly Osbourne is the new face of Madonna’s fashion line, Material Girl.  She took over the duties from Gossip Girl’s Taylor Momsen.  Osbourne stars in the Spring 2011 ad campaign for the label.  Here she showcases her slimmer figure in cool shorts and spring dresses.  It’s easy to envision young girls buying this collection and rocking it at school.

Dior has released the new Miss Dior Cherie commercial starring Natalie Portman.   The 30 second fragrance ad is pretty and feminine, think roses, ribbons and a little romance.  Natalie wore a little black dress which is no doubt from the Christian Dior collection.  She is joined by a love interest, fully attired in a tuxedo to complement her LBD. 

Sonia Rykiel’s Spring 2011 ad campaign takes much of its inspiration from the 1980′s.  The all glass telephone booth and fully teased and frizzy hair tells the story.  Relaxed elegance best describes this collection.  It’s all about vivid colors with an easy fit on the streets of Paris. 

Herve Leger gave us the  form-fitted and architectural in its Spring 2011 ad campaign.  We appreciate the juxtaposition of her garment laced with beautiful geometric cut-out designs against the Victorian era furnishings; modern meets with the traditional.  The dress is, however, reminiscent of a corset which was a staple in a lady’s wardrobe back then.  Subtle and classic colors like champagne, aqua and gold were used to give the structural elements of the dress center stage.
