Vanity Fair’s Best-Dressed list was filled with royalty, socialites, celebrities, fashion designers and several First Ladies. Lady Gaga (26), not only got the nod, she also made the September cover. Diane Kruger (2), Carey Mulligan (3) and Michelle Obama (5) were in the top five. Actor Javier Bardem (11) was the highest ranking male on the list, but he was not alone.
