Emma Roberts channeled a prima ballerina in Elie Saab at Lancome’s event in Hong Kong. The actress wore a navy blue dress designed with embroidery and tulle. It had a fitted bodice with a sweetheart neckline and a full skirt. A pair of sparkling metallic sandals with criss-crossed straps really pulled her look together. Her hair was styled super sleek with a side part and she finished with a strong brow and a bold red lip color.

Blake Lively wore a slim-cut Elie Saab suit to the opening of Gaga’s workshop at Barneys New York. Her royal blue look had a fitted jacket with peek-a-boo lace inserts in the shoulders. It had a masculine and feminine contrast. The actress accessorized with matching two-tone pumps that elongated her silhouette. Her hair was in a sleek updo with side-swept bangs, and her makeup was in a neutral palette.

Elie Saab was a runway of dazzling sparkles and flowy chiffon for Spring 2012. The collection went from elegant to glamorous in a flash. It was a haven for crystals, sheer bodices and belted dresses. The show opened with blush colored looks, and then revealed a rainbow of colors in marigold, peach, emerald green and cobalt blue. These gowns were Oscar worthy right up to those thigh-high slits. Angelina Jolie and Sarah Jessica Parker should definitely take a few of them for a walk on the red carpet.
