Emily Blunt for Yves Saint Laurent ‘Opium’ Fragrance Campaign

Emily Blunt is the new face of the Yves Saint Laurent Opium fragrance campaign, and the first ad has made its debut. It feautures the actress lying down on opulent pillows as she clutches the scent next to her heart. I love the rich hues of her hair, and background in auburn, gold, and rust; they perfectly complemented the bottle. She wore a fitted black blazer, and a statement necklace. Her makeup was gorgeous, a neutral lip color was met with dramatic eyes.

Watch: Emma Watson in Lancome Fragrance Ad

Emma Watson has a new Lancome commercial for the fragrance, Tresor Midnight Paris.  The ad is rather sweet, and it leaves us with the impression that it will have a sequel.  It depicts the quintessential story of boy meets girl, then chases after her upon seeing her again.  Who knows?  Maybe they’ll fall in love in Part 2.

Versace ‘Yellow Diamond’ Fragrance Campaign

Versace has debuted a new campaign for its ‘Yellow Diamond’ fragrance.  The ad shows model Abbey Lee Kershaw surrounded by light, this gives the impression of enlightenment.  These images are simultaneously intense and soft.  A square bottle, and circular top combined two geometric elements; it provided a mix of the modern and traditional.

Rachel Weisz for Bulgari Jasmin Noir Fall 2011 Campaign

Rachel Weisz stars in the new Bulgari Jasmin Noir fragrance campaign for Fall 2011.  The actress undressed for the ads, and maintained her modesty with the label’s luxurious handbags.  She was however, decked out in their jewels – earrings, necklace and watches.  These images were gorgeous, and tastefully done.  Her hair and makeup were perfection, you can never go wrong with lustruous curls, and beautifully shaped brows.

DKNY’s new million dollar fragrance bottle is inciting perfume envy everywhere.  The jewel-encrusted beauty will be taking a world tour, and then be auctioned-off for charity upon its return.  Action Against Hunger, a global organization fighting against hunger, will receivethe net proceeds from this eye-catching sale.  This Golden Delicious scent is not only good for the senses, it’s also great for the spirit.

Taylor Swift’s New Fragrance ‘Wonderstruck’

Taylor Swift has introduced her new fragrance, “Wonderstruck” from Elizabeth Arden.  It is the singer’s first scent, and she described it to WWD as “that magical feeling of promise and hope and intrigue” when falling in love.  The perfume bottle is a dark periwrinkle color with gold charms and lettering.  It has an oval shape with attachments to t both playful and youthful.

Rachel Weisz for Jasmin Noir by Bulgari Ad Campaign

Rachel Weisz is the face of Jasmin Noir by Bulgari, and the fragrance’s new campaign has debuted.  The actress is ever faithful to the scent as she poses with only a strategically placed bottle, and the brand’s jewels.  There is something vulnerable, yet alluring about these images.  It lies in her expression.  They played up the texture in her pillow against the shininess of the other props adding balance and depth.

Beyonce’s New Fragrance – ‘Pulse’

Beyonce has a new fragrance due to be released in September.  This is the singer’s third perfume, and as she described it to Elle,” Pulse represents the woman I am on stage.”  So we should expect this scent to be fierce.  The name references her heartbeat during her performances.  Even the packaging is intriguing, it comes in an upside down bottle filled with ice blue liquid.

Dakota Fanning is the Face of Marc Jacobs’ ‘Oh Lola’ Fragrance

Dakota Fanning was tapped to be the face of Marc Jacobs’ new fragrance, Oh Lola.  This image is innocent and youthful, with just enough mischief.  It’s all about the color pink, from the perfume bottle right down to the actress’ wardrobe.  She wore a polka dot dress with   a scalloped hemline and feminine sensibilities.  The campaign will debut in August,  so be ready to see these ads everywhere later this summer.

Watch: Leighton Meester for Vera Wang’s ‘Lovestuck’ Commercial

 

Leighton Meester’s 40-second commercial for Vera Wang’s “Lovestruck” fragrance is nothing short of a modern day fairy tale.  You know the classic stories where the prince comes and rescues the princess.  Here she waited patiently on a New York City fire escape in a gorgeous designer gown.  Of course he arrived with a bouquet in hand, and gets the girl.  The storyline comes straight from the scent’s name.
