Gwyneth Paltrow in Rachel Roy at ‘My Father’s Daughter’ Book Signing

Image via Style Watch Mag

Gwyneth Paltrow embodied springtime in a Rachel Roy design at My Father’s Daughter book signing in Beverly Hills.  She wore a lemon yellow satin dress with short sleeves and a below the knee hemline.  This look was sleek and the color was so vibrant.  It worked because the look is simple, but the bold color gave it a ton of personality.  Gwyneth accessorized with a pair of gunmetal sandals that had a gladiator-styled appearance, they contrasted nicely with the very lady-like dress.  Her stylish California look was finished off with her blond hair worn about her shoulders.

Michelle Obama in Rachel Roy at State of The Union

Michelle Obama wore a Rachel Roy design to the State of the Union address last night.  The three-quarter length sleeved dress was in a neutral shade of grey with a subtle detail at the neckline.  It was understated and graceful; very befitting of a first lady.  Her makeup was classic and her hair was styled in a lovely bob.  The earrings and bracelets were a nice complement to the dress, and they added an exclamation point to her look.  This was a home-run for designer Rachel Roy, dressing Mrs. Obama is still a major accomplishment.

Rachel Roy Showcases Her ‘Rachel Rachel Roy’ Line

Rachel Roy- Fashion's Night Out

Rachel Roy- Fashion's Night Out

Beautiful, gracious and kind, these are the words I would use to describe fashion designer Rachel Roy.  She came out last night to lend her support to Fashion’s Night Out at Macy’s in Herald Square.  Ms. Roy’s new lower priced line, Rachel Rachel Roy was on display.  There were several models on a stage showcasing the new affordable line.  The designer was surrounded by customers and fans wanting to get a glimpse, or to take her photograph.  She was wearing a belted one shoulder print top and black leggings from her high-end Rachel Roy collection.  Rachel was very friendly and relaxed considering that the Rachel Roy collection is scheduled to show on Sunday; I’m looking forward to seeing it.
