Julianne Hough in Tibi at ‘Footloose’ Premiere

Julianne Hough wore Tibi to the “Footloose” premiere. She went with a red shorts set to showcase her tanned and toned legs. Her top had delicate gathering in the bodice, a boat neckline and long, sheer sleeves. The bottoms were flat front with a high waist. She completed her ensemble with a pair of taupe heels, and dangling gold earrings. Her hair was a mass of gold curls styled over her left shoulder. The makeup was pretty, and in neutral shades to complement her look.

Olivia Palermo wore a sleek  Tibi design to the screening of Our Idiot Brother at Cinema Society.  She selected a pants set in a royal blue, and metallic print.   It had tons of texture, and a bold pattern.  The bottoms were a slim cut, and they fell right at her ankles.  Her shoes were bejeweled in sparkling embellishments in both the body and heels.  An ivory clutch with geometric shapes was used to complement her outfit.

Sophia Bush attended the Do Something Awards in a navy, ankle length Tibi design.  She was summer ready in this strapless number that lightly skimmed the body.  A single, frontal pleat started at the demi-sweetheart neckline, and fell down to the hemline.  The actress accessorized with a statement necklace, a multi-colored clutch and a cocktail ring.

Blake Lively in Tibi at ‘Live with Regis and Kelly’

Blake Lively wore a Tibi design to “Live with Regis and Kelly” this morning. Her light blue minidress was fitted in the bodice and had a flirty skirt. The floral print gave it depth and texture. I loved that she wore a pair of cheetah print pumps, they were fun and unexpected. Even the hair was on point, it was styled over her left shoulder with wispy pieces on the right side for balance. This look worked because it was pretty, with just the right touch of contrast.

Jennifer Lopez at Blackberry Playbook Launch in LA

Jennifer Lopez attended the Blackberry Playbook launch at Best Buy in Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 19th.  It was also the launch of her new album, Love?.  The singer showed-off her firm abs in a bandeau top from Christian Cota, a pair of Tibi pants and a Topshop jacket.  I loved her black peeped-toe Jimmy Choo heels and the dark pedicure was a nice touch.  Her hair was styled in loose curls, and her light brown tresses had pretty bland highlights.

Tibi Fall 2011 Collection – RTW

Images via Elle.com

Tibi offered a mix of coats and outerwear for the Fall 2011 season, but it was the pretty dresses that captured my imagination.  Beautiful party dresses in colors like red, white and teal came down this catwalk.  Some had great prints while others were adorned with gorgeous appliques.  Tibi had cocktail dresses covered for the younger set.  One look was a white tuxedo jacket paired with black skinny pants would be a great alternative for a special evening out.  It was all about being pretty and polished this season at this show.

Tibi Fall 2010 Collection

tibifall2010tibifall2010a

Tibi’s Fall 2010 collection will give the younger set something to cheer about come fall.  It’s for the 20-something woman on the brink of finding herself a more grown up look without sacrificing youthful style.  The prints give the collection depth, simple solids would have voided the pieces of personality.  In this case, the fabric selection was on par with design.  The texture and unruliness of the hair went perfectly with the prints.  Teal, bronze, black and gray were the background players behind the prints.   Sequins were sprinkled within, along with a touch of  fur and leather.  All-in-all, a fun collection with the right amount of grown-up mixed in.
