Lake Bell opted for a revealing Cushnie et Ochs look for the screening of A Good Old Fashioned Orgy in LA.  She wore a black dress with a translucent neckline, and side panels that gave-off the illusion of cut-outs.  The nearly bare factor was balanced by a below the knee hemline that contained a modest frontal slit.  She accessorized with pointy-toe heels, and a clutch adorned with multi-colored designs.
