Michelle Monaghan was lovely in shades blue at an MTV appearance.  The actress wore a Juan Carlos Obando dress in a beautiful watercolor design.  Its beauty stemmed from the gorgeous fabric and gradations of color.  Her look was fresh and perfect for spring, from the mid-thigh length down to the beautiful volume in the skirt.  The black criss-cross high-heeled sandals gave the dress a sexier edge, and it was finished-off with a gold cuff bracelet.  I’ve been on the fence about bangs, but I like the softness of Michelle’s bangs.
