Olivia Wilde in Antonio Berardi at ‘The Change-Up’ Premiere

Olivia Wilde was red hot in a sleeveless Antonio Berardi design at the premiere of The Change-Up.  Her dress was fitted in the bodice and skirt, and it had exaggerated shoulders.  The below the knee hemline was flattering because it accentuated the hourglass silhouette.  She accessorized with satin scarlet pumps from Brian Atwood. Her hair was a sandy brown color with soft bangs to frame her face.  She looked fresh and confident as she struck her poses for the canera.

Eva Longoria for ‘Haute Living’ July 2011

Eva Longoria stars in a Haute Living editorial for July 2011 in luxurious looks from Alexander McQueen, Antonio Berardi to Salvatore Ferragamo.  These black-and-white images stood out more than the colored photos because of their artistic value.  They also forces one to be more creative in determining the colors of the garments from the richness of the fabrics.  The images are romantic with a touch of melancholy.

Lucy Liu in Antonio Berardi at ‘Kung Fu Panda 2′ Premiere

Lucy Liu looked like a pretty ballerina at the Kung Fu Panda 2 premiere in a Antonio Berardi design.  Her chic cocktail dress had a deep V-neckline with special cut-out details within the lapel.  It was ivory and black with a defined waistline and a fuller skirt that fell just above the knee.  She paired it with strappy peeped-toe high heels, which added to the dancer effect and a sleek pink clutch.  Her hair was in a polished bun with a side part, and her makeup was classic in a neutral color palette.

Matthew Williamson Spring 2010

Matthew Williamson Spring 2010

London Fashion Week is enjoying a major resurgence.  British designers are returning to London to show their collections again; they are breaking the pattern of showing in New York, Milan or Paris.  The city’s fashion week revival is long overdue because of its wealth of emerging and innovative talent.  Burberry Prorsum, Matthew Williamson, Pringle of Scotland, Jonathan Saunders and Antonio Berardi all returned for spring 2010, and will make an encore appearance for fall 2010.  Fashion Week is from February 19 – 24, 2010 and the excitement can hardly be contained.  “The British Fashion Council is delighted that all five have confirmed they will show in London this February and we look forward to working with them to attract leading media and buyers to London Fashion Week.”  The excitement is not limited to the UK, the fashion industry as a whole rejoices.
