Emma Watson covers the July 2011 issue of Vogue in Prada, it’s from the Fall 2011 collection.  It had large scaled sequins in an apricot color in the bodice and a wine hue in the skirt.  The actress looks very dramatic in this shot, bold berry lips were dramatic and they balanced her strong brows.  Her hair was sleek and styled all back. Inside her editorial took on a metallic theme in both silver and gold.  A bronze meshed top with embroidery on the sleeves, and a textured multi-colored miniskirt was a Tom Ford design.

Behind the Scenes: Emma Watson’s Lancome Campaign

Emma Watson was recently named the new face of Lancome.  The actress is already hard at work on her ad campaign for the beauty giant.  Here she is seen prepping for her close-up.   She is wearing a structured blazer in a pale pink over a white button-up shirt and a pair of lace shorts.  Emma accessorized with a nude pair of platform pumps with ankle straps, a black belt and a loosely knotted tie.  Her short hair-cut perfectly complemented this look; her boyish cut against a pink jacket and lace shorts was a good mix of the masculine and feminine.

Emma Watson in Hakaan at 2011 Elle Style Awards

Emma Watson kept it short, sexy and cool last night at the 2011 Elle Style Awards in London.  The actress wore a grey minidress from Hakaan with daring side cut-outs.  She accessorized with a pair of nude colored Christian Louboutin high heels that also had side cut-outs similar to her dress.  Emma wisely juxtaposes sassy and leg baring dresses with her short hair cut; she gives us a mix of the hard and soft, and it’s very effective.  Her ornate golden cuff brings that same pairing together.  This combination was youthful and stylish enough to make RollCall.

Emma Watson’s Free People Spring 2011 Ad Campaign

Emma Watson’s Spring 2011 ad campaign for Free People has been released.  The location is rustic and wholesome, the antiqued bike adds to the charm.  Trees, vines and grass surround the actress who is wearing a black long sleeved cotton romper with relaxed frontal draping.  Everything about this ad calls out to the nature lover in you.  Emma shows a bit of leg, and it’s just a reminder that eco-friendly can also be sexy.  The campaign works because she’s not trying to sell us clothes, but a point of view on the environment.

Emma Watson Wore Calvin Klein to NYC Premiere of Harry Potter

Emma Watson attended the New York City premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 in a Calvin Klein design.  She wore a long tank-styled dress in black satin with an halter back.  It was a total contrast to the short peek-a-boo minidress worn by the actress to the London premiere.  This one had a hemline that stopped just below her lower calves.  The dress was custom made for Emma; it was classic Calvin Klein, minimalist and chic.  She repeated that effortlessness in her accessories, a single gold bracelet that went up her arm and a pair of metallic platform sandals with thin straps.  Her makeup was kept very neutral and fresh and the entire look complement her short and easy pixie cut.

Emma Watson wore a Rafael Lopez dress to the  Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 premiere in London this evening.  She selected a black lace minidress with a feathered skirt.  The look was youthful and revealing because of the peek-a-boo nature of the lace.  I love how it contrasts with her short hair-cut, the dress was very girly and feminine.  Emma accessorized with a pair of black Charlotte Olympia platform pumps and dangling earrings.  The only pop of color was a red pin worn by the entire cast.  Emma got it right on the red carpet, this is how a young actress should present herself to a less formal event.

Emma Watson’s Eco-Friendly Summer Collection

So it’s Earth Day tomorrow,  April 22nd, and it’s only fitting that we present Emma Watson’s eco-friendly clothing line for People Tree.  By now we know that everyone has a duty to the environment every single day, but we take this one day to observe the issues facing it.  In doing so, we educate each other in the hope that we’ll all realize that we can make a difference.  That’s why it’s so important to support designers who accept the challenge and responsibility.  Emma is apparently concerned about her ‘carbon footprint’, and she should be commended.  Besides, her pieces are adorable and stripes are definitely on trend for the season.  You can shop her summer collection now.  It’s a fun line of short dresses, rompers, tops and skirts all made from organic cotton.  Who says you can’t look good for a worthy cause?
