Eva Mendes for ‘Elle’ France October 2011

Eva Mendes posed for the October 2011 issue of “Elle” France in gorgeous looks, like Thierry Mugler. The actress was stunning in several beauty shots showcasing a bejeweled head band and bracelets. She was poised and camera ready in pieces reminiscent of scupltured art. Black and white photography tends to have a more artistic edge at times, and it worked beautifully in this editorial.

Eva Mendes was in Donna Karan New York at the 2011 Vanity Fair Oscar Party last night.  She wore a black ensemble with tulle and iridescent beading in the bodice.  It clasped in front and gave an illusion of skin, while the sheer capped-sleeves offered more modesty.  The full skirt was made of tulle, and she looked like a fierce ballerina.  Eva accessorized with a pair of black peeped-toe pumps and black clutch.  Her makeup was stunning as usual, classic and neutral.

Eva Mendes In Atelier Versace at Rome Film Festival

Eva Mendes has apparently decided that when in Rome, you wear Versace.  The actress selected an Atelier Versace rose colored gown for an event during the Rome Film Festival.  She was glammed up in a mix of fringe and sparkles in a hue that highlighted her skin tone.  Her halter-styled neckline was flattering and so was the faux sleeve on the left.  It was fitted, yet had hints of drapery in both the sleeve and lower portion.  Eva looked stunning and was definitely channeling the movie star within.  You wear a dress like this when you want to be the belle of the ball, and I’d say, mission accomplished.
