Jaime King made her way to the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in a blush colored beauty designed by Jason Wu. Her beaded dress was accompanied by a ribbon belt at the waistline. The fitted bodice was embellished, and rich with texture, while the skirt was full and satin smooth. This contrast made this confection a stand-out. She accessorized with dainty gladiator high heel sandals, and a black clutch. Her hair was blown straight, and loosely pulled back. The actress got it right at this event, her look was simply stunning.

It was quite elegant on a textured white dress. Her look had a lustruous sheen and tiny geometric patterns in the fabric. A pair of gray, suede pumps and bracelet were her accessories for the event. She finshed-off her look with a bold red lip-color as her accent.

Julianne Moore gave new meaning to the sexy librarian look in a Jason Wu design at the Blu Ray launch of The Big Lebowski.  The black-and-white look was prim and proper with three-quarter sleeves, white collar and oversized bow.  Sexy cut-out heels in a bold leopard print formed the perfect contrast.  Her conservative updo, classic makeup and pearl earrings added to her overall ensemble.

Met Gala 2011 – Top 5 Red Carpet Looks

Gwyneth Paltrow in Stella McCartney – she wore the trend of the evening, a nude palette with embellishment.  The long sleeves made her thigh-high slit sexy and modest.

Kerry Washington in Escada – this mint green beauty was gorgeous and refreshing on the red carpet.  The peek-a-boo cut-outs were bold and alluring.

Ashley Greene in Donna Karan – a beautiful strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline.  It was the perfect fit on the actress.  The drama was in the mermaid hemline.

Diane Kruger in Jason Wu – her dress was reminiscent of an updated tuxedo.  The metallic sequins on the nude top were achored by the black skirt.  This was refined elegance with a provocative up-to-there slit.

Evan Rachel Wood in Gucci – her eggplant number with a be-dazzled bodice was of a darker hue for the evening, but still pretty and polished.  The secret here was the excellent fit.

Reese Witherspoon in Jason Wu at ‘Water for Elephants’ NYC Premiere

Image via InStyle

Reese Witherspoon wore Jason Wu to the New York City premiere of Water for Elephants.  The actress was as pretty as a princess in her off-white bubble dress in duchess satin.  It was fully detailed with black lace appliques, and had a beautiful hemline of alternate lengths.  I liked the fitted bodice and the voluminous skirt on her.  She accessorized with a sparkly pair of Louboutin sandals, diamond bracelet and dangling earrings.  Reese’s makeup was very natural looking and her hair was worn away from her face.

Diane Kruger in Jason Wu at the ‘Runway to Green’ Event

Diane Kruger attended Vogue and Christie’s ‘Runway to Green’ event to last night in a Jason Wu design.  The black dress was pretty special, it had a gorgeous silhouette, beautiful draping and an ivory hemline.  Its beauty stemmed from its Old World charm.  Her dress was reminiscent of the Victorian era when the ladies wore petticoats; the fitted bodice and fuller skirt was very romantic.  The length and three-quartered length sleeves totally modernized this dress and made it a modern day gem.  Diane accessories with a pair of satin champagne pumps, an ivory clutch and a gold pair of chandilier earrings.  Her single braid and slightly tousled hair highlighted the femininity of the dress.

Reese Witherspoon Wore Jason Wu in NYC

Image via Style Bistro

Reese Witherspoon wore Jason Wu to the 10th annual Avon Foundation for Women Gala last night in New York City.  It was a gorgeous strapless two-toned dress, it had flesh tone on bottom and black sheer fabric on top.  It was feminine and sophisticated without overpowering the petite actress.  The black overlay on top of the nude material gave the illusion of transparency.  Thankfully the darker color was on top because the nude color with her blonde hair would have washed her out.  She went extremely light on the accessories, a single bracelet and a pair of Christian Louboutin peep-toe high-heels.  I love that her hair and makeup replicated the colors and glamour of her dress.
