Kate Beckinsale channeled Old Hollywood glamour in Jenny Packham for the Los Angeles premiere of “Underworld: Awakening.” I love that she has been bringing this vibe to the red carpet lately.

She wore a champagne gown adorned with sequins and crystals throughout. It had a bloson bodice and a dramatic floor sweeping skirt.

Eye catching embellishments were arranged in a lovely geometric pattern of angles and semi-circles. A V-neckline and cap sleeves completed this frock.

The actress accessorized with two gold cuffs on her left arm. Her hair was styled with a center-part and cascading curls and the makeup classic and pretty.

Kate Beckinsale definitely made a great impression on “The Late Show with David Letterman” in a sparkling metallic Donna Karan design. The actress wore a one-shoulder sequined number with all the glamour of Old Hollywood.

Her dress was from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection and I can see why she did not wait to wear it. She looked both sexy and sophisticated, a tough combination to pull-off.

A black pair of Christian Louboutin platform, sling-back heels were the perfect accessory to this outfit. Gold-and-diamond earrings were the only jewelry worn because the frock dazzled.

The hair was styled in voluminous soft curls and the makeup was in a lovely neutral palette. This look was quite befitting of a movie star.

Kate Beckinsale opted for an asymmetrical Michael Kors design to celebrate her new “Flaunt” cover for January 2012. The actress shimmered in a sleeveles black dress with a wrap skirt. Dazzling beads covered her LBD that was paired with a waist-cinching belt; it accentuated her figure. She accessorized with a satin clutch and matching pumps. A pair of dangling Chopard earrings sparkled with the look. Her hair was in a messy updo and the makeup was neutral with a rosy pink cheek and lip color.

Kate Beckinsale kept it short and sweet in a blush hued Tadashi Shoji design at the Independent Spirit Awards. The actress wore a lace mini-dress with a scalloped hemline and short sleeves. It was lingerie inspired, ultra pretty and feminine. She accessorized with matching high heel pumps. Her hair was center-parted and styled in large waves and the makeup was in a neutral color palette to complement her look.

Kate Beckinsale attended the Spike TV Scream Awards in a sexy Julien Macdonald number. The actress wore a form fitted white dress with strong shoulders, and sheer sleeves. This look was very avant garde, and futuristic. I loved the angles and clean lines. She accessorized with black satin pumps, and no jewelry. Her makeup was neutral, but she played up her eyes.

Celebrities came out to support Elton John and his 12th Annual White Tie and Tiara Ball in London this evening.  Chopard teams up with the singer every year to raise money to help in the fight against AIDS.   The proceeds from the event goes to The Elton John AIDS Foundation.  Kate Beckinsale, David Furnish, Lily Cole, Jon Bon Jovi, Kelly and Sharon Osbourne, Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayar are just a few friends who came out for the event.  There is no better excuse for an evening of glamour than a worthy cause.
