Calvin Klein Jeans unveiled its Spring 2012 campaign starring models Lara Stone and Toni Garrn. The ads were shot by Mert and Marcus and they are quite sensual.

Each lady posed with a male counterpart in low rise jeans, sans top. They were however, strategically covered-up.

It appears that colorful denim is the look of the season. The yellow and green pants displayed in the images are reminiscent of lemon and lime frozen icies. I guess summer will be sweet afterall.

I loved the crashing of the waves in the backdrop as they reclined on black rocks. The blue of the sea and sky were also extremely tantalizing.

Tom Ford Beauty Collection has a new campaign starring model Lara Stone alongside the designer himself.  She sports dramatic eye makeup in the ads, it was all applied with a nod to the 1970′s.  Her green eye shadow is an update on the infamous blue brow.  The line showcases its versatility with bold and neutral color palettes.  These images have an alluring quality, I like that she focuses on the camera as he focuses on her.

Forbes has released its annual list of “The World’s Top Earning Models,” and Gisele Bundchen ranks number one.  Again.  The supermodel made an estimated $45 million dollars last year.  She is followed by the usual suspect, Heidi Klum at $20 million, Kate Moss a cool $13.5, Adriana Lima made $8 million and Alessandra Ambrosio rounded out the top 5 at $5 million.  Check the rest of the list below.

In Pictures: The World’s Top-Earning Models [Forbes]

Lara Stone took center stage on the cover of Paris Vogue’s February 2011 issue.  The model wore a look from Gucci’s Spring 2011 collection; a purple long sleeved midriff baring top and tangerine red skirt, accessorized with an impressive gold belt with tassel-like attachments.  There is a harem vibe coming from this cover shot, think I Dream of Jeannie or Jasmin from Aladdin.  The shoot was conducted by photograper Mario Sorrenti. 

Lara Stone stars in this sensual Calvin Klein Collections commercial depicting an aspirational lifestyle, luxury that seduces.  There is something so cinematic and pure about black-and-white film.  It’s all about clean and modern lines, just like the collection; from the furnishings right down to the architecture.  The 30 second spot is slated to air during the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, January 16th.

W magazine enlisted model Lara Stone to pose in Tom Ford’s Spring 2011 collection.  Both the garments and images are vibrant and alive, they are filled with energy and drama.  Clothes tell a story, and if these pieces could talk, they would tell a story of unbridled sensuality.  The collection is rich in colors, prints and textures.  They were not designed for wallflowers, these women will get noticed.  Lara’s hair is very ’80′s inspired with lots of texture, to complement her outfits.  She is very expressive in these shots, as if she is channeling the essence of each look. 

Model Lara Stone is the November 2010 cover girl for Vogue UK.  Her hair is golden blond, complementing the metallic dress she wears on the cover.  They went for a head shot to showcase her high cheekbones and signature pout.  The shoot was photographed by Alasdair McLellan.  The video gives us a behind the scenes look at Lara on the beach and on the boardwalk of an amusement park.  It takes a lot of work to get the right shot, but it’s always worth it.

Lara Stone is in Interview magazine’s November 2010 issue in series divine looks from Fall 2010.  She was styled by Karl Templar in sculpted pieces that are basically wearable art.  The volume, structure and tailoring of the pieces are breathtaking.  Think  Jil Sander, Donna Karan and Louis Vuitton to name a few of the credits from this shoot.  These images were captured by fashion photographer Craig McDean.  The dark colors and photography are hauntingly beautiful.
