Sienna Miller Was Stunning in Stella McCartney

Sienna Miller wore Stella McCartney to the UNESCO Charity Gala in Dusseldorf, Germany.  She looked stunning in the Ojuna gown from the Pre-Fall 2010 collection.  It was a combination of lace and satin in a blush color.  The bodice was made of sheer lace that extended to the sleeves.  Her skirt was a beautiful satin that fell to the red carpet.  I love it when the gown sweeps the floor because it elongates the body and gives the actress greater height.  Sienna accessorized with a gorgeous diamond neckline that was just right for the gown’s necklace.  Her hair was styled with the on-trend knot that has been prevalent this season.  She completed her look with bold makeup, and it was appropriate for this flesh-tone dress, her pout was a fiery red.

Blake Lively At Vertu Smartphone Launch Event

Blake Lively looked hot and youthful at Vertu’s smartphone launch party last night in New York City.  The actress wore a ruffled fuchsia Christian Dior dress from the Pre-Fall collection paired with a leather jacket, black tights and a pair of Christian Louboutin.  You can never go wrong when you combine a soft pretty dress with a rocking leather jacket.  The tights gave her look an edgier vibe, instead of simply pretty in pink.

Karl Lagerfeld’s Chanel Paris-Shanghai Short Film

chanelshanghaiparisKarl Lagerfeld has directed a new short film starring Edita Vilkeviciute as a young Coco Chanel.  The backdrop of the film is Shanghai; a bit of an homage to Chanel’s Pre-Fall 2010 collection aptly named Paris-Shanghai.  In keeping with the name, the collection took its inspiration from the city in China with beautiful coats, embellished dresses and accessories.  Most notable among the accessories are the hats which are authentic in shape and embellished with beadings and other appliques.  Paris-Shanghai made our Rollcall list this week.  The presentation is 22-minutes in length, watch and enjoy.
