Scarlett Johansson in Roland Mouret at Children’s Defense Fund Benefit

Scarlett Johansson wore Roland Mouret to the Children’s Defense Fund Benefit hosted by Coach last night.  She donned a red dress with pretty draping in the bodice, the neckline had a beautiful fold and the length fell at mid-thigh.  Her nude clutch and heels enhanced the beauty and simplicity of her look.  I love her hair in those natural-looking curls combined with her classic makeup in a neutral color palette.

Scarlett Johansson’s Dolce & Gabbana Cosmetic Ad for Spring 2011

Scarlett Johansson stars in Dolce & Gabbana’s cosmetic campaign for Spring 2011.  There is something so clean and pure about this ad, it could be the superb lighting in combination with the innocent expression on her face.  Her hair was styled in soft natural curls that brought youthfulness to the image.  The floral dress only added another element of freshness, and the flower in her hand was a tender touch.  This campaign works because it is pristine, and managed to convey that makeup can make you look younger.

Scarlett Johannson Covers Vogue China for April 2011

Scarlett Johannson kept it short and sexy on the cover of Vogue China for April 2011.  Her ultra short minidress is from Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring 2011 collection.  The color is the only thing that is modest about it; it has a lace overlay and is embellished with studs throughout.  Her makeup is styled in a short bob and her makeup is neutral and pretty.  I loved that they used a nude lip color and made her nails red hot to keep up with the dress.  Photographer Peter Lindbergh shot the alluring cover.

Scarlett Johansson for Mango Spring 2011 Ad

Scarlett Johansson has reprised her role as the face of Mango as she stars in her fourth campaign.  The Spring 2011 ad debuted with a 70′s vibe in terms of fit, silhouette, prints and stripes.  The actress sports a chin length bob with a centered part that was in keeping with the retro look.  Even the background capitalized on the era of disco balls and bell-bottoms.  Scarlett wore a fitted three quarter length sleeved dress with a vintage print and a one-shouldered dress with pleats and draping.

Ryan Reynolds Is People Mag’s 2010 Sexist Man Alive

Ryan Reynolds has been awarded the title of People magazine’s 2010 Sexist Man Alive.  We know the 34 year for his humor on television and in moives, but no one is laughing at his buffed physique.  The actor has a new movie, Green Lantern, due in theaters next year, but until then, we have this cover and his chiseled abs.  He is married to actress Scarlett Johansson, who is no stranger to magazine covers and titles, she was recently named GQ magazine’s Babe of the Year.  I guess hotness runs in the family.

Scarlett Johansson’s GQ Cover for December 2010

Scarlett Johansson has taken over the cover of GQ magazine for the month of December 2010.  This is the 15th Annual Men’s issue and Scarlett was the publication’s top pick.  It’s a simple, yet sexy cover.  She is wearing a gray tank dress that contrasts beautifully with her golden blond hair.  Then there is the photo of the actress lying down in a gold swimsuit.  Her makeup may be neutral, the background a cool hue, but these pictures are red hot.

Scarlett Johansson is sultry in her new ad campaign for Mango.  Her Winter 2011 ads were just released and the collection is rich and deep in color and texture.  It boasts a simple background with vibrant and bold colors that make the clothes really pop.  The Spanish brand has sequins, ruching and lace just in time for the Holiday season.  This Mango ad is a little more glamorous than the others shot with the actress.  It also leaves us in anticipation for the rest of the campaign and the collection.

Scarlett Johansson’s Dolce & Gabbana Cosmetics Ad for Fall 2010

Credit: Dolce & Gabbana

Scarlett Johansson shows us her dark side in this Dolce & Gabbana cosmetics ad campaign, and we like it.  She sports a dark pout, brows and eyes from the Fall 2010 Evocative Beauty Collection.  It contrasts perfectly with her golden blonde hair.  The makeup plays the lead, and is supported by the cheetah print background and the sexy black undergarment worn by the actress.  Dolce & Gabbana veered away from the soft neutral color palettes we usually see in other beauty ads.  Their makeup is in line with the sexy and provocative designer collections we’ve come to expect from this duo, bold and dramatic.  The forecast for the Fall 2010 cosmetic look is rich and decadent.

Scarlett Johansson for Mango’s Fall 2010 Ad

Scarlett Johansson continues her reign as the face of Mango for a third season.  The actress teamed up once again with photographer Mario Sorrenti for the Fall 2010 ad campaign.  She looks beautiful as she strikes a pose in a chair and stands in a doorway.  British country classics were the inspiration for the collection, and the knits and vibrant print are a part of that aesthetic.  Camilla Nickerson styled the shoot, and she shows us once again how the right pair of shoes and belt can make a look.  Just one look at the ad and you can see that Scarlett and Mango are a perfect fit.

1. Sandra Bullock in Oday Shakar

2. Scarlett Johansson in Dolce & Gabbana

3. Eva Mendes in Stella McCartney

4. Cameron Diaz in Diane von Furstenberg

5. Kristen Stewart in Dolce & Gabbana

These five ladies represented the trend of the evening.  It was a night of bold colors, sparkles, prints and legs.

1. Sandra Bullock was sexy in a black beaded dress with a plunging back.  She pulled out all the stops last night, and received an MTV Movie Generation Award.

2. Scarlett Johansson was very lady-like in her emerald green cocktail dress.  The actress was very elegant and poised in Dolce & Gabbana.

3. Eva Mendes sparked in silver and turquoise sequins.  Stella McCartney’s one-shoulder dress was on-trend for the night.

4. Cameron Diaz was all legs in her printed mini dress.  It was youthful and summery, just perfect for the more layed-back movie awards show.

5. Kristen Stewart was a winner all night.  She took home the award for best actress for Twilight, and the movie won virtually every other award.  The actress opted for a short gold and tweed mini dress by Dolce & Gabbana for her big night.  Her dress was young and a little unexpected.
